Today we held Natasha's baby shower and it turned out so well. Though there wasn't time for games and such, we had great food and even better company. Everyone involved with setting this up did such a wonderful job decorating, preparing the food, and buying gifts. You know who you are! I volunteered to make the cake for the shower, as I had most everything needed to make a cake. We were on a budget; plus, I really do enjoy decorating. It's a lot of fun (tedious but fun). I posted so many pictures today so that everyone who couldn't be there could see all the pictures that were taken. I can't wait to see little baby Brandon, due the end of December. :)
The cake I made for the shower
Here's the table that most of us got to know on a very personal level. I do admit, I visited this table frequently throughout the work day.
Here we are waiting for Natasha to arrive.
A surprised Natasha takes a look-see at her cake and decorations.
Opening her first gift
I don't remember what was said, but I believe Kathy had said something to make her laugh. :)
