Goode to be Outdoors

 The weather has been so yucky lately, that we haven't had much of a chance to play outside.  But luckily, we've had some good weather this past week so we made the best of it.  I'll admit it, I hate summer.  The heat is not my friend.  My hair gets all nasty, my face gets beet red, I'm more irritable, and I feel like death is just a footstep away.  With that being said, I didn't mind the heat this past weekend.  When you're outdoors with the ones you love and having fun, who cares!  We put on some tunes and let the good times roll.  I'm so grateful for my family.  Crew just loves to be outside (what kid doesn't though?!) playing on his little playset (thanks Mimi and Grandpa Goode), with his water wheel (thanks Grandma and Grandpa Smith), and riding in his wagon (thanks Justin for outgrowing it, lol).

 I really wasn't trying to blind the baby with flash, but it does make for some funny photos.  The kid can't stay away from the camera when it's out.  Like a moth to a flame, this kid.  Hahahaha

Blue Angels 2015

I had seriously been looking forward to the Blue Angels coming to Corpus for almost a year.  That's how much I love them.  There is just something so majestic about watching them fly; I am always in awe as I watch them in action.  And isn't it just the best feeling in the world as they fly right above you- the power, loudness, and force that these jets have is amazing.  Love love love them!!!  This was also Crew's first time to see them.  I expected him to cry, but he did not.  He did make some hilarious faces though.  :)  It was somewhere in between awe and fear.  LOL  My mom was also able to meet up with us, which I was grateful for.  Glad she was able to be a part of it. 

The Water Gardens

 We went to the Water Gardens yesterday and took a few photos.  The visit didn't exactly go as planned, as he would not be still for even just a second.  I guess that's how it is with toddlers, though.  Ha!  Here are just a handful of the shots we got.  He's hardly ever actually looking at me, but I think we still got some pretty cute pictures.

 The boys were playing around the other day, and I just had to take photos.  They crack me up!  Don't you just love the way Crew posed for the first photo.  Silly kid!
